LITTLE INDIA
All pics were taken from inside the car. Acue went looking for fresh psyllium husks at some indian shops while I waited in the car with a very exhausted & slumbering Nunu.
The road from my smudgy side mirrors
Quaint Indian cassette shop
A little out of place building sandwiched between a saree megastore and the cassette shop
Colourful vendor stall
A shop selling deities and flower garlands (excuse the streaks)
This is the first time Penang struck me as an extremely beautiful Island
PADANG KOTA LAMA
We had a very late lunch at Fort Cornwallis. The orang Bagan Serai had to guide the orang Penang how to get there. Malu.... I have a good head above my shoulders when driving, but I ain't blessed with a good sense of direction.
Pasembooorrrr!
Couldn't tell whether it's the 'mamai'ness or the fishy funky smell of the sea breeze that made her a little hushed
or the bubbles that popped around us. Almost every kid there had a bottle of bubbles
Nothing to skodeng here...
This couple thought I'm a siao tourist snapping pics of their 1 mth old baby. The mummy hawt or not? She looks barely out of high-school!
FERRY PULAU UNDAN
No, literally that's the name of the ferry we boarded. I have no idea where Pulau Undan is. BTW the notorious Pulau Jerejak is a hot spot now that it has been turned into a spa & resort attraction.
If the ferries are still yellow in colour, I'm sure Digi surely won't give advertising a miss
Pretty foams. I used to imagine mermaids and dolphins swam alongside the ferry
Saujana mata memandang.
Mambang kuning hampir menjelang

dyanna, it's been ages for me too. Somehow the dull ride is exciting when you bring along a newbie like nunu.
