In effort to disengage Nunu from the idiot box, we've discovered a whole new world of fun and interactive learning in a... erm, 'smarter' box?
Her favourite hands down is Starfall.com since she's starting to learn how to read. Other great finds are Noggin, CBeebies and PBS Kids, and the all time favourite, Sesame Street. I wished I could have introduced her to these websites sooner. Or 3 1/2 is the perfect age to let her hold her own mouse.
There are dozens more to be explored from KidSites and linkopedia. I was pretty impressed with the printables that I've found on tlsbooks, Enchanted Learning and Do2learn and printactivities.com. Today, we had a field day printing out activity packs from nickjr and math worksheets from Kidzone. And here's where I plan to go next to teach Nunu Arabic, although she's quite good with her Qiraati class in school (I got a funny quote from Nunu about this!)

I'm super excited. I may never have to buy a single workbook again for Nunu! Or enroll her for Kumon, for that matter.
