I have a barrel full of all sorts of crackers and keropok. But as much as I love fried food, I have the frying work in the kitchen, coz I always burn stuff, that's why.
Thank goodness they keep well. Or don't they? Does that explain all the loose poop action these couple of days? Sorry for the digression. I need to finish the sentence do I? Again, thank goodness they keep well, coz at last when the mood comes, I can be rather productive.
And this is keropok udang from Brunei.

So colorful! I think I have only tasted these type of keropok once at a friend's house a few years ago. Am not really a fan of colorful, fried stuff... :-)

when i was little, i would finish the colorful keropoks first. to me they are more delish than the white ones haha...
the colours do have an extra 'taste' to them huh? hahaha kids!
