15 MONTHS UPDATE: OF TONCETS & TUDUNGS

I think I have mentioned before in my dory entry that I'm not a glorified food blogger, but how come in this page alone, there are 4 entries about food??

So, I'm gonna stick to my resolution & write more about the apple of my eye.

-She's very into "Mary had a Little Lamb" these days, after I bought her a new nursery rhymes book. Made me sing 20 times until she's had enough.

-I try teaching her to say papaya properly, but she will purposely say something else with notty facial expressions, like pa-yaya, or pa-leklek, or pa-pa-pak. When I wasn't paying attention, she'll say papaya, but when prompted again, she's back to taunting me! Ugh!

-Whenever she hears Martian's car door slams in the garage, she'll stop whatever she's doing & alerts me "A-bah, a-bah" in a soft curious way, as if she's telling me " I think Abah is home". When she finally sees him at the door, she'll run to him & shouts "A-bah! A-bah! A-bah!". She does this too sometimes when she greets him in the morning.

-She can count to 10! OK, OK I'm exaggerating, she can only count to three, but if we go on counting from 4 up to 9, she will exclaim "Ten!" with much gusto.

- She loves to be covered up in her tudung. Understands the concept of being vain & flattered, especially when everybody howls & squeals how cute she looks. Ye lah, itu kepala botak sudah kasi tutup ;)



- But the best news is, her hair is long enough for a toncet! Mak Tok exclaimed (while trying hard to conceal her mirth) "Ekor cicak pun lagi panjang!" ("Even a lizard's tail is longer!")



Eh, since when you've grown a boob ha, Nunu?
