In the Black Waja was Mak, Abah, Kak Wan, Abang Chik (Martian's 2nd bro), niece Yana & nephie Akif.
Alhamdulillah I am truly, truly thankful to God that nobody was injured.
The Black Waja needs 3 weeks to be repaired though.
When Martian broke the news to me via phone yesterday evening, I was at home with Nunu, Tok & Lil Huda. Tok, who was resting before I told her what happened, couldn't sleep afterwards.
Me too.
I kept thinking what would have happened if Nunu & I were to tag along. Mak offered us to join them, but since Martian was reluctant to go, I decided it won't be fun if the family isn't complete. I was in a little grudge too because I think we are too cooped up during the holidays.
If I were to go, I'd be in that car too - and Nunu might have been pretty shaken, if not hurt. He would have used that against me for my entire life.
So actually, there is a blessing in disguise.

salaam raggedyanne (sorry tak tau your real name),
don't be fooled by them, my boys can be decent-nonsense kengkadang. thank you for dropping by and saying hi. =)
with regards to your post, subhanallaah! that was a close shave! jgn kata yourlittle one, i would have been pretty shaken badly too if i were in that situation.
when we drove up to KL last december, my ayah was like a broken record - pesan punyer pesan (it was our maiden voyage with the boys alone so to speak) for us to be very careful. alhamdulillaah nothing untowardly happened to us. we enjoyed our trip tremendously. *hee*
am glad your family was alright in the end.
Aha! The angry woman speaketh. Alhamdullilah your family members in the car are all safe. Same can't be said about the car.
Oh dear.. Alhamdulillah everyone in the car is okay. Hope the little ones are not too shaken by this episode..

alya. the lil ones surprisingly wasn't traumatised at all. They were back to bouncing off wall as soon as they reached Ipoh :)
Guess everything happens for a reason, Anne. But alhamdulillah, no one is hurt ya... My family, together with a convoy of 6 other cars, drove up to Cameron last December and had a great time there. The roads are wider and I love the weather there. Dapat berfeeling macam kat negeri Omputih sekejap. Hehe...
kak arlynn, they brought back nice pictures at least. Makan ice-cream & waffles, huhu jealoius! Tapi sorang2 muka kontrol coz sakit perut makan kat foodstall!
OMG! OMG! OMG!!!!
Thanks to Allah that nothing extremely bad has happened. My family and I just went to cameron highlands last month, and I can imagine how the ravines looked like just over the ridge. Scary at some places.
Again, thank goodness everybody was safe!
